COVID-19 Updates

We are trying our absolute best to keep things running at this difficult time.

Please be assured that if you place an order, we will process it as soon as possible. We will keep you updated with emails and let you know if there are any problems.

As you may already know, some Royal Mail and courier deliveries have been delayed due to the extra strain on their service so please bear this in mind when you are placing an order. Your order is likely to take longer to get to you at this time.

We will work hard to answer your emails promptly, sometimes this can be delayed if we need to gather extra information to answer your questions. We will let you know if this is the case.

We do hope you understand that we will do everything in our power to deliver your order as close to normal time as possible.

Pricing and Supply

In order to keep up with the demand of certain products we sometimes must place a back order for the raw materials. Where we cannot supply the usual product we are busy behind the scenes working out how to launch an alternative that is a good match.

Please be assured that we have not and will not be artificially inflating prices to take advantage of customer demand and vulnerability. That is not our style.

Stock Availability

Due to the demand of certain products and the supply of raw materials we will update our stock levels at least once a day to keep you informed.

Free 2nd class delivery on UK orders over £20.
You can also choose to upgrade to 1st class delivery at the checkout for £3

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days.

Depending on your selection at the checkout, items are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, although sometimes we may use a courier if it is a large order.

If tracking is available (usually on larger orders) then we will be able to provide tracking details.

You will receive an email when your items have been despatched.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You must notify us at returns (@) that you wish to return the item.

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non­refundable. If there is a situation where we will cover the postage then of course we will let you know.

Please contact us first, otherwise we will not be able to process the return and refund.
